River of Life Community Church is a non-denominational Christian church
located in Round Rock, TX near the intersection of IH-35 and FM3406 at 1600 E. Old Settlers . Our main Sunday morning service begins at 11:00am.
Our worship services are contemporary in practice but traditional in
content. Our Sunday morning service is comprised of two parts: Body Life and the Main Service. Body Life begins at 9:45 with 30-40 minutes of musical worship with modern choruses and ancient hymns of the
faith. Next, we celebrate the Lord's Supper to remember Jesus'
sacrifice for us and to "proclaim the Lord's death until he comes" (1
Cor 11:26). We end with "open-mic" time for those present to ask for prayer, lift up praises
to the Lord and edify the Body. We open the 11:00 Main Service with more musical worship and then we receive a teaching from
one of our many gifted teachers of the Word.
We have been blessed with an abundance of children. Age-appropriate
Biblical teaching is available during the sermon for children through
the fifth-grade, but parents are always welcome to keep their children
with them throughout the entire service. Our youth group meets most
Wednesdays at 7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall to play, worship, study the
Word and pray. They also make regular retreats and take a yearly
mission trip to Rancho 3M, an orphanage we are privileged to support in
Guadalupe, Mexico.
Twice a year we host an extravaganza to bless our neighbors and just
have fun, our 4th of July Freedom Fest and Halloween Lighthouse. As
much fun as our guests have at these events, we may have more fun
planning, putting together and hosting them.
Most importantly, though, we are a family of Believers in our Lord
Jesus Christ, who was and is and ever shall be. We laugh together, cry
together, serve together and worship together. We strive to live out Acts 2:42, to devote ourselves to the apostles' teaching and
fellowship, and to the breaking of bread and prayer. Come join us this
Sunday to worship with us our Risen Savior.
